Application calculate salary wrong

Description

Salary application does not calculate the salary same as the manually calculate data from the Database

Steps
1. Log in on application
2. Navigate to "Salary calculation"
3. Choose employee whit input ID in field
4. Click on "Calculate salary" button
5. Open the database
6. Calculate the salary manualy for the same employee
7. Compare the calculations

Expected result: Calculation should be the same
Actual result: The calculation from the application is incorect and not the same with the database
