The printer option 'Dot Master printer' is not working

Description:
The Dot Master Printer does not work when the application is unable to locate Laser Printer Option

Steps:
1.Open the application
2.Click on 'printer options' (dropdown button)
3.Select the dot master printer
4.Select documents
5.Click 'Print' button

Expected result:The printouts should come out of the Dot Master printer.

Actual result:When application attemts to print with Dot Master Printer option, error message is displaying.
