Description
When choosing method pay by card there are no fill forms for card holder, card number, date of expiry and CVT code
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the app
2. Browse through the app for items
3. Add some items in the shopping cart
4. Click button "procced to payment"
5. Choose payment method "pay by debit card"
6. From pop up window "Add your card info" click on "Add"
Expected result:
New pop up for adding card info should be displayed
Actual result:
Window with message that order is processing is displayed
