Payment method by Debit card is not working

Description
A shopping mobile app does not give the option to pay by debit card, only in cash.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open the app
2. Log in into the app
3. Browse and select garden items
4. Add selected items to shopping cart
5. Click on "Proceed to Payment" button
6. Choose "Pay with Debit Card"
7. Pop up window titled "Add your card info" appears
8. Click on "Add" button

Expected result
After clicking the "Add" button, the payment method should be updated to Debit Card.

Actual Results
After clicking the "Add" button, the payment method is not updated to Debit Card but gives only pay in cash payment method.
