Description
Module responsible for calculating monthly salaries is having unidentified defect and it wrongly calculates the salaries. This prompts the database to transmit incorrect salary numbers which are further reflected in the balance sheet, tax calculation and annual salary calculation.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to app for calculating salary
2. Select employee
3. Make monthly salary calculation for selected employee

Expected result:
1. The app should calculate the monthly salary for chosen employee correctly

Actual result:
1. The app calculate monthly salary wrong and that issue reflect in the balance sheet, tax calculation and annual salary calculation.
