Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the multimedia editing application.
2.Upload an audio record and select the high quality uploading.
3.Chech the quality of a upload.

Expected result:
The audio record should upload whit selected quality.

Actual result:
The audio record is a upload in a low quality.
