Interrapt G25

Admin user is able to register an attendee with entering numbers in the 'Faculty' field, even though by the specification the 'Faculty' field should accept alphabetic characters (both Latin and Cyrillic), special characters (only “- “,” `”, “.” and “& “) and spaces.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the 'Faculty' field with numbers
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'The Faculty must be a letters.' The admin user should not be able to register an attendee using numbers in the 'Faculty' field.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with numbers in the 'Faculty' field.
