Interrapt G25

Admin user is able to register an attendee with entering less than 10 characters in the 'Faculty' field, even though by the specification the 'Faculty' field should accept minimum 10 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the 'Faculty' field with less than 10 characters
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'The Faculty field requires at least 10 characters'. The admin user should not be able to register an attendee using less than 10 characters in the 'Faculty' field.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with less than 10 characters in the 'Faculty' field.
