open'Name' field in Atendees create form is accepting other characters than “- “,” `”, “.” , “&“ and spaces.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login and navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees/create
2. Enter '^$**^$**' in 'Name' field.
3. Enter valid data in the other fields.
9. Select webinar on Webinar drop-down field.
10. Click on 'CREATE' button
Expected result: After clicking the 'create' button the user should receive warning message that special characters are not accepted.
Actual result: After clicking the 'create' button a message pop-up 'Attendee has been created successfully.'
