Steps to reproduce:
1.https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
2.Click on crate button.
3.Fill out the from in the Tittle field put less than 5 characters.
4.Click on create button.

Expected result:
The webinar should not be created whit less than 5 characters in the Tittle field and a warning message should appaired.

Actual result:
The webinar is successfully created whit less than 5 characters in the Tittle field.
