Description: The user is not able to choose the second challenge after reaching level 17.

Steps
1. Open the game simulator
2. Play the game, complete the levels and reach level 17.
3. Complete the second challenge and try to choose a second challenge
4. Observe the game

Expected result: The app should allow the user to choose second challenge at any time
Actual result: After reaching level 17, the second challenge can not be chosen
