Description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Login in. 2. Navigate to users. 3. Select a user. 4. Observe the options under "Actions". Click on red-lighted "Trash" icon. Expected result: 1. There User should be two options, "Edit" and "Delete". deleted. Actual result: 1. The "Delete" red lighted "Trash" icon is missing. missing and user can not be deleted.
