"Delete" button on Users' page is missing. Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to Interrupt Interrupt. 2. Click on 'Users' 'Users'. 3. Observe the column 'Actions' (on the right side) side). *Expected Result:* Under the 'Actions' column should be displayed two buttons 'Edit' and 'Delete'. 'Edit' should be on the left side, and 'Delete' should be on the right side under 'Actions'. *Actual Result:* The 'Delete' button is missing from the 'Actions' column.
