*Description:* The 'Webinars' titles allow more and less characters than the preset limit. *Steps to reproduce:* 1. Log into your Interrapt account 2. Navigate to the 'Webinars' tab on the side menu 3. Click on the 'Create' button 4. In the 'Title' field enter more or less characters than the limit allows *Expected Result:* The user should not be able to enter more characters or less characters than the preset limit in the 'Title' textbox. *Actual Result:* Users can enter more characters or less characters than the limits in the 'Title' textbox, there's no error message present to prevent this. *Platform:* Platform: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
