Description: 

 When user is creating users with invalid Email, Email the application permits the user to be created is created. 

 Steps to reproduce: 
 1.Click on the "Users" section on the sidebar. 
 2.Click on the "CREATE" button. 
 3.Enter valid Name. 
 4.Enter invalid Email. 
 5.Enter valid Password. 
 6.Click on the "CREATE" button. 

 Expected result: 
 1.Message "Email is required" with red letters should be displayed 

 Actual result: 
 1.The user is created and message "User is created" is displayed
