*Description*: Invalid e-mail formats are being accepted in the 'E-Mail' input field when adding a new mentor in 'Mentors'. *Steps to reproduce:* 1. Log in to your Interrapt account 2. Navigate to the 'Mentors' tab on the sidebar menu 3. Click on 'Create' 4. Fill out the 'E-Mail'field with any input *Expected result:* There should be an error message displayed in red lettering, alerting displayed, telling the user that the format is an invalid e-mail format in the input field. *Actual result:* Invalid e-mail format is allowed as input, no error in red lettering is displayed to alert warn the user. *Platform:* https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors
