Description: 
 When user is creating users with invalid Name the user is created created. 

 Steps to reproduce: 
 1.Navigate to : https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users 
 2.Click 1.Click on the "Users" section on the sidebar sidebar. 
 3.Click 2.Click on the "CREATE" button button. 
 4.Enter 3.Enter invalid Name Name. 
 5.Enter 4.Enter valid Email Email. 
 6.Enter 5.Enter valid Password Password. 
 6.Click on the "CREATE" button button. 

 Expected result: 
 1.Message "Name is required" with red letters should be displayed 

 Actual result: 
 1.The user is created and message "User is created" is displayed
