The "Title" field in "Create" section of Webinars should accept only "-" and "." special characters 

 *Steps* 
 1.Navigate to "Interrapt" 
 2.Open "Webinars" 
 3.Click on "Create" button 
 4.In "Title" field insert title with any special character except "-" and "." 
 5.Fill the other fields with valid data 
 6.Click on "Create" button 

 *Expected result* 
 There should be message shown that the title surname field is required in red letters 

 *Actual result* 
 Even that the criteria of the field is not met, the webinar can be created
