Creating tag with entering numbers in the 'Title' field is possible, even though by the specification, the 'Title' field should accept alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases(lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “ . ”) and spaces, but not numbers. *Steps to reproduce* 1. Log in with valid credentials 2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags 3. Click on 'Create' button 4. Fill the 'Title' field with numbers 5. Click on 'Create' button *Expected result* Error message should be displayed. The user should not be able to create a tag with numbers in the 'Title' field. *Actual result* A tag is created with numbers in the 'Title' field. *Browsers* Browsers Chrome on Windows 114.0.5735.198
