City field allows the use of special characters beyond the permitted ('-' and '.') and spaces. This behavior does not align with the specified criteria. Attendee should not be created
Steps to reproduce :
1.User should be logged in
2.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees/create
3.Fill in the 'City' field
4.Fill in all mandatory fields with valid credentials
5.Select CREATE to finish the form

3.Rio - de`janeiro`1#% 3.`S`UGS-Гео%рги3Di,mitr.ov
Expected result:
The 'City' field should restrict users from creating an attendee if the 'City' field contains characters beyond the permitted ('-' and '.') and spaces. Attendee should not be created
Actual result:
Despite entering unsupported special characters, the user is able to create an attendee with criteria that are not met.
