Steps to reproduced: 
 1.Click on 'Attendees' 
 2.Click on 'Create' button 
 3.Fill in the 'Phone number' field with 26 characters 
 4.Click on 'Create' button 

 Expected result: 
 -The "Phone number" field should accept max 25 characters 
 -Warning message underfield 
 -Attendees should not be created 

 Actual result: 
 -The The "Phone number" field is accepting 26 characters 
 -There is no field validation 
 -Attendees and the "Attendees" has been created 

 Browser: 
 Google Chrome Version 115.0.5790.173 
 Windows 10
