 When a webinar is being created the user is able to write more than 500 characters. 
 *Preconditions* 
 """User is registered and logged in. 
 User is allowed to create a webinar.""" 
 *Steps to reproduce* 
 "1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars. 
 2.Click on the ""Webinars"" button in the navigation pane. 
 3.Click on the ""CREATE"" button in the top right corner. 
 3.Click 4.Click on the description. 
 4.Write 5.Write more than 500 characters in the description field. 
 *Expected results* 
 When the user writes more than 500 characters writing should be stopped and error message displayed. 
 *Actual result* 
 The user is can write beyond the 500th character.
