When a webinar is being created the user can create the webinar with less characters than the minimum characters allowed. 
 *Preconditions* 
 """User is registered and logged in. 
 User is allowed to create a webinar.""" 
 *Steps to reproduce* 
 """1.Navigate "1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars. 
 2.Click on the """"CREATE"""" """"""""CREATE"""""""" button in the top right corner. 
 3.Click on the description. 
 description field .  
 4.Write "aaaae"in less than the minimum characters allowed in the description field. 
 5.Fill the other mandatory fields with valid data. 
 6.Click the create button. field.
