 When a webinar is being created the user is able to write more than 500 characters. 
 *Preconditions* 
 """User is registered and logged in. 
 User is allowed to create a webinar.""" 
 *Steps to reproduce* 
 "1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars. 
 2.Click on the ""CREATE"" button in the top right corner. 
 3.Click on the description. 
 4.Write more than 502 characters in the description field. 
 5.Fill the other mandatory fields with valid data. 
 6.Click the create button. 
 *Test data* - Title=Filip  
 Description== 502 Description=more than 500 characters 
 Start date= 18.12.2023 12:00 
 End date = 18.12.2023 13.00
