User must be log in

*Test Steps**
1.Navigate to Webinars menu
2.Click on create button
3.Select a day on the calendar time picker for Start and End Date
*Expected results*
User should be able to select Start Date and End Date on the calendar time picker
*Actual result*
User is not able to select Start Date and End Date on the calendar time picker
