*Descrition:*
A verification mail is not being sent to the user when they register
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Go to Cargodom homepage - http://18.156.17.83:9095/
2. Click on Register button on Cargodom header section
3. Fill in the registration form with valid details (valid email address)
4. Click Register button
5. Check mail inbox for verification mail
*Expected Result:*
The e-mail notification should be delivered to the user's e-mail address
*Actual Result:*
The email message is not delivered
