Description:
The formula for calculating salaries is not functional
Steps to reproduce:
1. App is launched
2. Open salaries
3. Choose an employee
4. Click on monthly salaries
Expected Results:
The App should show correct employee salary regarding monthly work hours
Actual Result:
The App is showing wrong monthly salary regarding monthly work hours
