The user is not able to choose the second challenge after reaching level 17. *Steps to Reproduce* 1. Open the game simulator 2. Play the game and reach level 17. 3. Try Complete the second challenge and try to choose a second challenge *Expected result* The app should allow the user to choose second challenge at any time *Actual result* After reaching level 17, the second challenge can not be chosen
