After reaching level 17 the second challenge cannot be chosen
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open the game
2. Play the game and reach level 17
*Expected Result:*
The options to choose a second challenge should be present throughout the game
*Actual Result:*
A second challenge cannot be chosen when reaching level 17
*Platform:*
Android 14
