Second challenge can not be chosen after level 17 achieved
*Steps to reproduce*
1.Navigate to mobile app
2.start the game
3.rich level 17
Expected result
Application should let user to choose second challenge any time
Actual result
After reaching level 17 second user cannot be chosen
