When you are navigated to the URL, user can create new user using the cyrilic alphabet *Steps to reroduce* 1.Navigate 1.Navigated to the Interrapt https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users 2.Click on users button 3.Click on create button 4.Enter a name 2.Enter an email address with cyrilic keyboard 6.enter a email 3. enter password with cyrilic keyboard 7. enter password 8.Click 4.Click on create log in button *Expected results* New user can't create with cyrilic alphabet *Actual results* New user is successfully created with cyrilic aplhabet
