When you are scrolling through lists upper panel goes in the middle of the screen and you can't see the content
Test to reproduce
1.Open Application "MojDDV"
2.Open "Izvestai"
3.Scroll down
Expected result
Upper panel stays on top and doesn't go in the middle of the screen
