*Description:* The name field accepts more than 25 characters in length when create a new user *Precondition:* The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login *Steps to reproduce:* 1.Go to dashboard menu 2.Select Users 3.Open a create form 4.Fill the name field with more than 25 characters in length 5.Fil the other fields with valid credentials 6.Click on Create button *Expect result:* The user should not be created *Actual result:* The user is created *Browser:* Chrome 120.0.6099.227 Microsoft Edge 120.0.2210.144 Firefox 122.0
