When you are navigated to the URL, user can create new user using the cyrilic alphabet
*Steps to reroduce*
1.Navigate to the Interrapt
2.Click on users button
3.Click on create button
4.Enter a name with cyrilic keyboard
6.enter a email with cyrilic keyboard
7. enter password
8.Click on create button
*Expected results*
New user can't create with cyrilic alphabet
*Actual results*
New user is successfully created with cyrilic aplhabet
