*Description:* Phone field does not accepts special characters "-" and "+" when a new attendee is created *Precondition:* The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login *Steps to reproduce:* 1.Go on dashboard menu and select Attendees 2.Open a create form 3.Fill the mandatory field with valid credentials credentials' 4.Fill the phone field with numbers and specials characters "-" and "+" *Expect result:* The Attendee is created *Actuall result:* Error message appears: The phone must be a number and the attendee is not created *Browser:* Chrome 120.0.6099.227 Microsoft Edge 120.0.2210.144 Firefox 122.0
