When user play the game and reach level 17 and try to chose second challenge the challenge is not available.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open game application
2. Play the game and reach to level 17
3. Chose second challenge
Expected result:
The second challenge should be chosen
Actual result:
The second challenge is not available after reaching level 17.
