After reaching level 17, the player is unable to select a second challenge, although the game allows to work on two challenges at the same time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make progress to level 17 in the game.
2. Try to select a second challenge from the available options.
3. Observe the absence of the option to select a second challenge, although the game's design is allowing for it.
Expected result:
Players should be able to select a second challenge after reaching level 17
Actual result:
After reaching level 17, the option to select a second challenge disappears, preventing players from getting the full extent of the challenge system.
