The minimum character limit the tile of a tag title should be 5, but the user is able to create tags with less than 5 characters in the title. *Preconditions:* 1.The user should be logged in and and navigated on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags *Steps to recreate:* 1. Click on the Create button in the right top corner. 2. Enter the word "Toby" in the "title" field. 3. Click on the Create button. *Expected result:* The user should not be able to create a tag that contains less than 5 characters in the title. *Actual result:* The user is able to create a tag with a that contains title containing less than 5 characters in the title. characters.
