*Steps to reproduce*
1.Navigate to the interappt webpage
2.Click on Users
3.Click the create button
4.Click on the Name field
5.Fill in the Name field with Arabic characters
6.Click on the Email field
*Expected Result*
The user should not be created. A validation message with red letters should pop up under the Name field, that the field cannot accept Arabic characters.
*Actual Result*
The User is created when entering the Name field with Arabic characters.
