*Environment* Ipad mini Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit) iOS 16 *Description* When trying to create a new tag and entering the characters, the field accepts less than the minimum of 5 characters (both Latin Alphabetic and Cyrillic). *Steps to reproduce* 1.Log in to the application. 2.Search for 'Tags' and click on it. 4.Click on the 'Create' button. 5.Fill in the 'Title' field. *Expected Result* After the user has filled in the 'Title' filed with less than the minimum characters the new tag should not be created. *Actual Result* After the 'Title' filed is filled with less than the minimum characters the new tag is successfully created.
