*Environment* Ipad mini Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit) iOS 16 *Description* When trying to create a new tag and entering the characters, the field accepts less than the minimum of 5 characters (both Latin and Cyrillic). *Steps to reproduce* 1.Log in to the application. 2.Click on the menu on the top left corner then 2.Search for 'Tags' and click on 'Tags'. it. 3.Click on the 'Create' button. 4.Fill in the 'Title' field. *Expected Result* After the user has filled in the 'Title' filed with less than the minimum characters the new tag should not be created. *Actual Result* After the 'Title' filed is filled with less than the minimum characters the new tag is successfully created.
