*Environment* Ipad mini Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) iOS 16 *Description* When trying to delete a tag as a user without Admin privileges the user is able to successfully delete the tag. *Steps to reproduce* 1.Log in to the application. 2.Click on the menu on the top left corner then 2.Search for 'Tags' and click on 'Tags'. it. 3.Click on the delete button. *Expected Result* After the user has clicked on 'Tags' and selected the chosen tag and tried to delete the tag, the user should not be able to successfully delete the tag. *Actual Result* After the user has clicked on 'Tags' and selected the chosen tag then tries to delete the tag, the user successfully deletes the chosen tag.
