*Environment* 
 Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit) 
 https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create 
 Windows 11 

 *Steps to reproduce* 
 1.Navigate to the interappt webpage 
 2.Click on the Hamburger icon in the upper left corner Users 
 3.Click on Users 
 4.Click the create button 
 5.Click 4.Click on the Name field 
 6.Fill 5.Fill in the Name field with Arabic characters 
 7.Click 6.Click on the Email field 

 *Expected Result* 
 The user should not be able to enter any other characters except Latin and Cyrillic. A validation message should pop up under the Name field. 

 *Actual Result* 
 The User is able to enter Arabic characters. A validation message does not pop up.
