*Description* 
 [Webinars page] In the "End Date" End Date calendar time picker" field , from Webinars page - timezone picker is missing. 

 *Environment* 
 Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit) 
 https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/ 
 Windows 10 

 *Steps To Reproduce* 
 1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/ 
 2. Navigate to the login page 
 3. Navigate to the Webinars page from admin dashboard 
 4. Click on the "Create" Button 
 5. Click on the "End Date calendar time picker" field. 
 6. Select the appropriate time zone. 

 *Expected Result* 
 The user should be able to select the appropriate time zone. 

 *Actual Result* 
 Timezone is missing.
