The "NAME" field should be filled with special characters (only “-”, and “.”).

PC / Windows 10 Pro 22H2 / Google Chrome version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Galaxy Note20 Ultra / Android 13 / Google Chrome version 131.0.6778.81
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Log in to the system
# Navigate to the "Attendees" page
# Click the "CREATE" button
# Fill the "Name" field with with special characters not supported by criteria-based rules. [Ar^*]
# Fill the "Surname" field
# Fill the "E-mail" field
# Pick a webinar id from the dropdown menu
# Click the "CREATE" button
*Expected Result:*
A message in red letters should be shown explaining that the input field should be filled with filled with special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and an attendee should not be created.
*Actual Result:*
Field allows special characters not supported by criteria-based rules and an attendee has been created.
