Environment: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) Severity: CRITICAL Priority: High Description: Any user with access of the platform(Interrapt) can delete an already existing tag without notifying the original creator. Pre-conditions: User must be logged on Interrapt Steps to reproduce: 1.Click on 'Tags' via navigation menu 2. Click on the 'Delete' button 3. On the pop-up window click on the ' Yes, delete it!' 4. Observe if the tag is deleted Expected Result: When user clicks the 'Delete' button, the system should send a notification/message to the tag's creator, include an 'Approve' or 'Reject' option in the notification. If the creator approve, the user should receive a feedback message for confirmation of deleting. Actual Result: Anyone who has access (is logged on Interrapt) can delete tag.
