*Description*
webinar can still be edited even with invalid chredentials in the "title" and "description" field
*Environment*
android
google chrome
*Steps to reproduce*
# log in to the system
# navigate to webinars
# go to "edit" button
# enter invalid credentials in "title" and "description"
# save the edited webinar clicking edit
*Expected Result*
the webinar should not havee ben succecfullly edite with the invalid characters
*Actual Result*
the webinar is edited succesfully even with invalid characters .
