User is logged in with appropriate access and is on the "Create Mentor" page.
*Steps to reproduce*
# Login
# Go to ""Mentors"" section
# Click ""Create New Mentor""
# Enter a name longer than 25 characters
# Submit the form"
*Expected Results*
System should restrict the mentor name input to a maximum of 25 characters.
*Actual Result*
System accepts and creates a mentor with a name longer than 25 characters.
