 *Description* 

 *Precondition* 
 User has to be registered on the platform. 

 *Steps to reproduce* 
 1.Open browser. 
 2.Navigate to url:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login 
 3.Log in with valid cridentials. 
 4.Click on the "Users" menu button. 
 5.Click on the "CREATE" button. 
 6.Click on the "Password" field. 
 7.Fill the "Password" field with 31 characters. field. 

 *Expected result* 
 The "Password" field can not accept 31 characters. 

 *Actual result* 
 The "Password" field accepts 31 characters. 

 *Environment* 
 Windows 10 Enterprice 
 Google Chrome Version 114.0.5735.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
