*Description* On the Dashboard page the Webinar card in the middle of the screen should have transition that expands the card slightly and it goes back to its original size while scrolling down through Webinars card *Enviorenment* Galaxy S8 Android 6.0 Chrome *Steps To Reproduce* 1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login 2. Login with Valid Credentials 3. Scroll down through Webinar cards od Dashboard page *Expected Result* On the Dashboard page the Webinar card in the middle of the screen should have transition that expands the card slightly and it goes back to its original size while scrolling down through Webinars card *Actual Result* On the Dashboard page the Webinar cards do not react in any way while scrolling down through Webinars cards *Enviorenment* Galaxy S8 Android 6.0 Chrome
